Daniel

Meet Daniel, our co-founder and owner with more than a decade of coaching experience. With an Exercise Science degree from UNCW, he’s helped people reach their fitness goals at multiple gyms across the state. Daniel will head up our personal training and help with classes. He can’t wait to serve more of the Wendell community!

Allison

Meet Allison, our co-founder, owner and head coach! She’s the books and business of Fitness Collab. With a B.S. in Public Heath from ECU and her nutrition coaching certification she’s been helping individuals with their nutrition and fitness goals since 2018. This proud mama completed her CrossFit L2 Certification while 7 months pregnant. She programs and runs the bootcamp program at our sister gym and will keep everything running smoothly at FC. Allison is super excited for what is coming to Fitness Collab.

Grant

Meet Grant, an experienced CrossFit coach from our sister gym ( @firstinflightathletics ) who will teach HIIT and Row/Spin classes.

Grant is a Navy veteran who began coaching in 2017. His passion is motivating and helping others achieve their fitness goals and is excited for the opportunity to assist more folks through Fitness Collab.

Alexis

Meet Alexis (aka Lex), one of our Yoga coaches! Her classes focus on alignment and sequencing to fit your needs as a yoga student. She enjoys getting to know her students and exploring how yoga may improve or balance their current lifestyles. Join her on your mat to explore yoga that is accessible for all!

Carol

Meet Carol, our vibrant yoga coach! From a college bet to try yoga to a certified RYT-200 instructor with specialties in prenatal yoga and group fitness, Carol’s classes embrace the present moment. Join her for playful exploration, mindfulness, and a touch of humor. Your mat awaits – see you there!

EMily

Meet Emily! With over 2 years of experience and certifications in RYT200, Ayurveda, and CPACC Accessibility, Emily blends her passion for mobility with a commitment to accessibility for all. Inspired by her own sports injury recovery journey, Emily crafts classes that cater to diverse needs. Outside the studio, you’ll find her exploring nature, tending to her plants, and embracing various fitness activities. Join Emily for inclusive, empowering sessions designed for all abilities.
